Join us this summer for a Great British family day out!
Over three days there are action packed events for all the family, and a haven for all enthusiasts of rural life. The Show will feature a plethora of activities, demonstrations and entertainment; including interactive activities, fast pace excitement in the Main Ring and a much-enhanced food hall experience.
Come and Meet the producers of the finest food and drink in Britain, ranging from funky street food to ‘sit, eat and enjoy’, to the finest produce you can take home to cook and share with all the family.
The Royal Bath & West of England Society was founded in 1777 in Bath by a group of philanthropists led by Edmund Rack and is a registered charity organisation (Registered Charity Number 1039397).
Our charitable objectives are for the encouragement of agriculture, arts, manufacture and rural crafts through education and
knowledge transfer
From its home at the Bath & West Showground in the heart of Somerset the Society realises these charitable objectives through an array of activities, projects and events; the most famous of which is the Royal Bath & West Show. The Society’s other events include The Dairy Show , a Food & Drink Festival and the Field to Food Learning Day.
As an agricultural charity the Society has a remit to offer awards, grants and scholarships for the promotion of agriculture and rural arts. This remit manifests through programmes such as The Prince of Wales Award, Environmental Youth Awards, Art Scholarship and Long Service Awards.
